Mentors assist girls and young women with establishing a strong foundation for future academic achievement, emotional and personal growth, and post-secondary success. They commit to a 1-1 mentor match for a period of one year, and check in with their mentee weekly via text, phone, and/or video call. Their mentorship increases the likelihood that Code Switch girls and young women thrive, graduate from high school/college, and go on to pursue positive post-secondary pathways of success. Members are individuals whose vision for girls aligns with our own. More interested in contributing through financial support and action, they serve in various critical leadership roles, including but not limited to taking on special projects or committee work, volunteering at in-person events, and supporting fundraising efforts. They also enjoy the benefits that come with membership, such as discounts on workshops, events, & retreats, and access to membership chat rooms and other digital resources.
