Youth Justice Advisory Board members serve as a critical voice for young people within the organization. Not only do they manage the Overachiever’s Fund, but they also guide the development of all Code Switch programming. Working alongside critical mentors, they also serve as the organization’s primary leaders. Youth Justice Advisory Board Members are eligible for Board membership after active engagement in one of our core programs: Youth Justice Fellowship, Ghana Cultural Immersion Experience, and/or The Transformative Justice Educator Fellowship.
