The mentored relationships we engage in assists girls and young women in establishing a strong foundation for future academic achievement, emotional and personal growth, and community-based youth-led action on behalf of themselves and other youth. The events and restorative justice practices that we employ provides humanizing space to discuss, heal from, and resolve the traumas girls and young women experience in school and in life. Combined, our volunteer service increases the likelihood that Code Switch girls and young women thrive, graduate from high school/college and go on to pursue positive post-secondary pathways of success.
